I wanted to download a newer version of BaseX, but wasn't able to do so
because the host is unreachable:
$ wget http://files.basex.org/releases/9.0.2/BaseX902.zip
[...] Name or service not known
And my old versions of BaseX (zip-edition of 8.67 and 9.0) doesn't want
to start anymore:

The problem does not occur if you are starting BaseX offline, so I am
not sure how to reproduce this easily. I guess it is the BaseX update
check, which couldn’t be completed successfully. As files.basex.org
hasn’t been offline for… years?… I hope it won’t be a frequent issue.
