The history is saved in your preference file
(~/Library/Preferences/com.barebones.bbedit.plist) under the key
„FindDialog_SearchReplaceHistory“. BUT: Messing around with this file is
NOT RECOMMENDED or you are in serious danger to wreak havoc upon your
BBEdit installation.

Did you notice, that you can save search patterns? Maybe this a better
place to make patterns accessible, that you used in the past. See BBEdit >
Setup > Patterns (or the little „g“ button in the Find/Replace window).
