Dreamweaver is seriously out of date.
It seems to me there is a third option that would be popular, along with,
"No nothing," and, "New text document."
"New text document if not opening an existing file."
The request comes from the fact that when opening an existing file, BBEdit
opens that file AND creates a new text document if
Would Markup -> Utilities -> Format do what you need?
