BBEdit no longer stores web site configurations in its prefs;
instead, this capability is now based on BBEdit's support for
project documents, where one project document contains all the
settings for one site.
Once you've created a project document (via File -> New ->
Project...) and added your site's root folder to that project,
you can use the Site Settings command in the Site (cloud) popup
menu at the bottom of the file list to configure it.
For complete details, please check out the "Configuring Web
Sites" section in Chapter 11 of the PDF manual (Help -> User
Manual) and in case anything there isn't clear, please ping tech
