A problem with BCM4312 on Netbooks that is worse than the DMA errors has shown
up in Fedora F12 systems on Acer One D250 Netbooks.

seems to freeze when ssb is loaded. So far, no one has managed to get any output
from the logging console, but it does not seem to be a kernel panic - flashing
CAP and NUM lock leds do not seem to happen.

One other thing - this freeze occurs even if the firmware is not available.

The kernel in question is 2.6.33, but there is also a report of problems with a
2.6.30 kernel. I'm not sure if that one has the LP PHY code backported, or not.
