Been there, done that. Doesn't work obviously, as the rest of my mail
mentions DHCP traffic doesn't come back from the router, like any other
traffic ( DNS or TCP initiations for instance ).

I run Debian Sid on an iBook G4 laptop. The softmac stack and patches
are working ok on my system, as in I can connect to my wifi and surf the
net. However, the association time is fairly high ( around 10 seconds ),
and most of all sometimes it fails and no longer associates at all.
