Kiwis!! I'm in the process of writing a review of BIODYNAMIC PERSPECTIVES and have just realized that I know about the writers (other than Peter Proctor) There seems to be no biographical information in the book itself.
Can anyone help me with this? (I'll post a list of authors, it that is helpful, but I'm hoping that people are already familiar with this promising publication. Thanks -Allan Balliett
