I use an a bit of code in my apps to change the polarity - but basically it
comes down to entering a 0 or 1 into the gpioXX/active_low
I've recently modified the simpleGPIO lib from Derek Molloy to include this
code over the past weeks for a small project.

other cases. Policy 4) is not used by default, but is available if the user
chooses so.
So from my understanding policy 4 would usually not be on. So why does it
kick in for the wireless on Ubuntu 16.04?
