EPIC - Perl editor and IDE for eclipse.
Please download eclipse from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
and then goto Help---Install New Software and then add the update site
(i.e the following URL)
http://e-p-i-c.sf.net/updates/testing
and follow the on-screen instructions.
