1) I agree with Connie; you're probably using really old code.
2) To use a module, just
use modulename ;
and away you go.
3) To use code from
Hmm... if I don't remember it wrongly, cgi-lib.pl is some sort
of old Perl(4) code. Now, you better use CGI.
