Final update on Lilly's "histiocytoma" When Lilly had the mass on her head, we took her to our usual vet... he said he found histiocytes and mast cells from a scape he did of the lump. He said it was a histiocytoma and it would probabaly go away. After researching histiocytomas and the freque

Say a prayer for little Lilly... we had her mass removed yesterday and should know by Friday if it benign. She looks so funny with a half shaved head and Frankenstein stiches! Thanks for all of you who expressed concern Jessica, Shawn and Lilly Lititz, PA ___

Our 18 month old berner was just diagnosed with a histiocytoma. Our vet says we should just use a cream (Dermalone) for two weeks to see if it goes away. After reading research on Berners and their tendency to have malignant tumors I am considering getting a second opinion. Is there anythin
