Rose,

Here is a marvelous Salmon Treat recipe that comes with the admonition "I
almost lost a finger doling these out...."

1 large can Salmon, drained
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 - 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (can substitute 1/2 cup oatmeal for 1/2 cup
flour - and for Oak's treats, Potato Flour is an excellent substitute)
Actually, now that I think of it, I have used half cornmeal/half oatmeal,
too....
Mash together the Salmon, eggs, and garlic powder.
Add the flour.
Spread in a greased 9" x 11" baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. And let cool in the oven.

(Count your fingers)
