We have a problem deleting users from our 03 server Bes 5.0 mr2 server. In the admin screen I choose a user and I get a error: The request could not be completed. (I am running as the full bes admin) I tried doing it from SQL directly as posted elsewhere but it then leaves the user

I had a similar problem and there ended up being a load of MAPI errors that were causing the issue. I still don't know exactly what was causing the errors, but RIM was able to help me resolve the issue. We are also running BES on Windows Server 2008 R2, which is currently not officially
