We have a problem deleting users from our 03 server Bes 5.0 mr2 server.
In the admin screen I choose a user and I get a error: The request
could not be completed. (I am running as the full bes admin)
I tried doing it from SQL directly as posted elsewhere but it then
leaves the user
it is a rights thing, make sure account you are using has rights to system you
are running bas on

It's probably NOT a rights thing. Check the BAS log file for any errors /
events. If you want to zip up the log and email it to me
I'll look at it.

I had a similar problem and there ended up being a load of MAPI errors
that were causing the issue. I still don't know exactly what was
causing the errors, but RIM was able to help me resolve the issue.
We are also running BES on Windows Server 2008 R2, which is currently
not officially
