We are experiencing 3G issues with Rogers BBM, BES, BIS, phone and PIN2PIN.
2G seems to work ok.
Anyone else having issues this morning?

SMS uses the voice network and never reaches the BES. Don't use it so unsure
of forwarding options on the device.
