Apparently they can forward voice messages to their desktops in this manner, but can’t seem send the messages to their phones this way. According to the trouble report, when they try to use the Viigo RSS reader on their phone it never prompts for any authentication. I can’t find anything that looks like it would block it on the BES. Any tips on where to look or what might be the problem.
