Appreciate the prompt response.
We have already upgraded the device firmware version to 5.0.0.1067; but still
no luck.Believe that is the most recent version avaialable for OS 5.0.

I've had BB Maps issues with 2 devices - ATT anything (specifically Bold 9000)
and Verizon Storm 2 (9550) with early 5.0 OS - the most recent official OS
(5.0.0.1015) fixed it. We're still on BES 4.1 as well but don't think that is
the issue - BES 5.0 migration on horizon.
