Can anyone tell me if the full IIS components are required when installed a Blackberry Enterprise Server in an Exchange 2003 environment, or is it just certain components. Re: [Bes-admins] Pull authorization
Hello Art,thank you for your email.I used google as an example, actually we want to allow google maps as it uses the internet connection via the MDS to the internet thought googles website, and there is another website we want to grant access to.i was able to configure on BES 4.1.6 but not in BES 5, i think itbecauseof the pull patterns.i really want to use the rule instead the proxy blacklisting...thanks guys From: bes-admins-boun...@dataoutages.com [mailto:bes-admins-boun...@dataoutages.com] On Behalf Of Art AlexionSent: Wednesday, October 20, 2010 11:53 PMTo: 'A list for BES Admin's to discuss issues, etc.'Subject: Re: [Bes-admins] Pull authorization I’m thinking the same thing as Steve. Ok thanks very much. The only reason I ask is because someone from our group has a script that automates the installation, and I prefer to do it manually as I know not all components are required.
