Anyone know how to remove the battery from the BOLD 9700? I can't seem to be
able to do this (what I think should be a simple thing to do) and can't find
any help about it on the web.

To remove the battery cover, just hold down the center with your fingers
and pull down.
To remove the battery, stick your finger/fingernail under the edge by the
shiny half circle on the battery and push up and out.

Turn the back off the phone up, with top of the phone pointing at you. Slide
the back cover up by applying some pressure. Stick your nail/any thin object
(my finger/nail combo works fine for me) to the part of the battery close to
the bottom of the phone. Pull it toward you and up.
