[Bes-admins] Blackberry BOLD 9700 - what's the trick to remove the battery?

2010-04-22 Thread Shari Shostak
Anyone know how to remove the battery from the BOLD 9700? I can't seem to be able to do this (what I think should be a simple thing to do) and can't find any help about it on the web. Shari Shostak, Systems Analyst sshos...@stratishealth.org 952-853-8567 Stratis Health 2901 Metro Drive Suite

To remove the battery cover, just hold down the center with your fingers and pull down. To remove the battery, stick your finger/fingernail under the edge by the shiny half circle on the battery and push up and out. Robb From: Shari Shostak sshos...@stratishealth.org To:

Turn the back off the phone up, with top of the phone pointing at you. Slide the back cover up by applying some pressure. Stick your nail/any thin object (my finger/nail combo works fine for me) to the part of the battery close to the bottom of the phone. Pull it toward you and up. On 10-04-22
