Just migrated to BES 5 SP1 and have a question about read receipts. Users with device software 5 now have the ability to toggle whether or not they want to reply to read receipts. Is there a policy where this can be set on the BlackBerry server rather than contacting each user individually? We'd prefer to set it to automatically reply as it's always been that way for us. As we migrate users over that setting is currently set to Prompt. In case it matters we use MS Exchange. Thanks!
