Also, is this on 5.0.2? I saw a login issue fixed in the mp1 notes.

Check the Windows logs and see if there are any clues there. If not, try 
uninstalling the updates one-by-one to find the offending update.

Rebooted server last night after running some Windows updates and I can't get 
logged in to the BlackBerry Administration Service with either my AD account or 
the besadmin account.  This has happened before after a reboot, but a simple 
restart of the BlackBerry Administration Services would fix.  Not this time.  
Any ideas.

Below is your solution.  This is the 3rd time I've heard of this problem in the 
past week.

 

If you're impatient remove them all, but if you can do it one at a time that'll 
let you know the true culprit.
