I am keen to try out the nightly beta's. If I install a beta can I go
back to 6.1.1?
Not easily. You'd have to backup/restore the settings file manually as its
format changed in 6.2
And will installing a beta overwrite my current plugin

directories. Browse Albums is giving me duplicate album names with
tracks that are in that directory under each repeated name.
So, after the initial scan, I have
dfk - there are always ways to get back to your 6.1.x version, but they
may be more effort than they are worth.
I'll go out on a limb. Migrate to 6.2 and you *won't* want to go back
! Many users have migrated and are very pleased with the new features,
performance, etc. While there are

I'm not certain that it's necessary, but I always stop the Windows
service before performing a SVN update. This can be conveniently done
from slimtray, then start SlimServer up again afterwards. Prior to
doing this, I'd often get an error while doing the update, as
TortoiseSVN was unable to

I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this--I have been for quite
some time so I'm not sure when it started:
FF or play a track right up to the last five to ten seconds or so and
then pause. Unpause and track will finish. Track progress/time will
