Just attempted to upgrade to Firmware 33 and failed with the following
log after pressing brightness to upgrade.

Similar issues. Have tried running 3 units for 24 hours and one has
stopped the other two are OK.
Have noted that sometimes when starting a play the song will play for
30 secs to 1 min before stopping but not always and not on all the
players.
The 4 unit in the bedroom seems to stop playing

Well I've just upgraded my firmware from FW29 to FW33, and it looks like
its fixed all my problems! Thanks Dean!!
Anyone else tried FW33 yet??

When displaying teh clock while the unit is not being used the seconds
jump so rather than run 1, 2, 3, 4, etc they run 1, 3, 4.
This can happen if your server is under heavy load or if you're
experiencing network problems.

I've tracked down the problem here:
It seems that the press and hold brightness to upgrade firmware causes
notifications for plugins that have subscribed on certain commands. The
notification does not have a client specified (this is probably the
correct behaviour).

That's correct. Eventually, most skins should move to using divs
instead and reserve tables for actual tabular

I agree. No stuttering with Fw33 so far. Signal strength same as Fw28.
Working well so far - but why no buffer fullness display with Fw29 and
33? Win XP network utilisation display looks the same as when using
Fw28, unlike with Fw29 which often dropped down to 0%, and which

Upgraded to FW33 tonight and my SB2 is now back behaving itself with my
Belkin F5D7230-4 router.
Will add to Bugzilla entry.
