A fix for this issue has just been done to github.

IIRC SoA has an update process defined but I don't know if it uses

Updated LMS 7.9 via the SoA web Update button. Alarm problem with
playlists is now resolved for me.

i dont think using a uri where a dnsquery end on a real dnsserver like

but there are others (not me) that had issues with the alarm maybe
something is really broken?
