Seem to have it solved after reading other posts.
Believe I had SC open when I was clearing cache.

Problem 1. I also have an "artwork" problem with iPeng. If the artwork
cover for the album was added when I imported my CD into iTunes then it
appears under "albums" which I presume is the "browse" screen on my iPod
Touch and the "Play" screen. However, often the artwork in iTunes is not

meanwhile I could find out "how the bug works":
- If the album cover is already added, when album is scanned ("Look for
new and updated files") for the first time.
- If the album cover is added later, when the album is already in your
database, artwork is only added for every file BUT the first.
I filed a bug and got the tip to do a clear rescan.
Did Yesterday and all was fine again.
Today I added some new albums, did an update scan - and the problem is
there again, album art ist only shown for every song but the first one
of an album. Using r28159.

AND EVEN MORE INFORMATION:
It has got nothing to do with the scanner - if I put a "Folder.jpg" in
my folder, the artwork is to be seen as soon as I click on an album
title - but ONLY from the 2nd song on and NOT in the library.
It's in the Web Interface as well as in the Duet-Controller

ADDITION:
Maybe this helps to locate the bug:
When I put an album with "Missing" artwork in my playlist - covers are
shown for every song EXCEPT the first! It's the same with any album -
covers are NOT shown in the library but are shown in the playlist,
except for the first song.

No, only 80.000 files, but it is enough. So I don't wanna get in every
single file ... :(

Try to use the browse music folder function and browse into the folders
fro each album. I'm not sure if the artwork updates then but...
Btw this is also a faster way to add one album to the dB if you got a
new album browse to it with music folder and it will be added.
The scan for new and change
For an unknown reasons, artwork hasn't been updated for albums which are
scanned for the first time with nightlies r28080 and r28091.
Albums scanned with versions before are in the cache and to be seen.
Albums scanned with newer version r28110 are to be seen too.
Presumably the nightlies before
