Water Helps You Live Longer

Water, just water alone will keep you alive for a long time. There may not be 
much nutrition in it but it's still very good for you, and essential for your 
well being. Some people will get tired, constipated, muscle cramps and 
headaches if they don't drink enough water in a day. Please make a habit to 
drink at least three liters each day. Cold water does taste better on a hot 
day, but warm water cools you down faster. Try it!
