Maybe moving to top left or right brings up icon? I assume your
choice to do top right was because the window controls are in the top
right in windows, but in Mac those are top Left. Linux is harder
since it's a mixed bag depending on flavor, but Ubuntu is also top
left. Maybe just do the top
Fullscreen in OSX is top right (the tilted - icon).

Hi,
The patch is complete now.
When you go to Fullscreen Editor there is no UI, but as soon as you
move the mouse to near the top right corner an icon shows up, that
brings you back to normal window (of course shortcuts work too, but in
case someone get lost there now there is a neater way to go
