I confirm the workaround and the bug is not from Blender. I will assign
to LLVM developers the issue.

This doesn't look like a bug in Blender, so not sure there is much Blender
developers can do to fix this.
It's not clear to me if that last error message is causing the crash, you
may want to add a backtrace to that bug report?
If that error is the cause, this seems to be a bug with multiple
