UCCE/PCCE Engineer required for Columbia, Mossouri. 

 

One contract and one full time position(GC/Citizens Only - Onsite only ) for
the full time role. 

 

The below role is through a vendor but we can get quick interview and
placement   . The client will hire off of phone/skype.

 

This is onsite role. Remote work is not an option. 

 

This is in Columbia Missouri.  Skype interview. 

 

Rate: Give me your best hourly rate. 

 

If the candidate is GC/Citizen then it would be a right to hire. 

 

Need to speak well as they will be interfacing with many different call
centers at the university. 

 

The school is rolling out 20,000 phones and they have 100 call centers
ranging in size from 5-30 people at each call center. They are using Unity
phone systems so if they have that it would be a plus.

 

-  6 to 12 month (perhaps longer depending on status of our open
positions)

-  One to two engineers (depending on the status of our open
positions and open issues/project load)

-  Mid-level resource who has solid experience navigating as a
practitioner of the Cisco UC suite, including familiarity with the PCCE/UCCE
contact center platform 

-  Key responsibilities:

o   Administer and maintain voice communication networks, systems and
integrations in a secure, stable and optimal configuration.

o   Troubleshoot and resolve system detected and customer reported issues.
Capture, monitor and analyze logs and trends and develop plans to improve
related systems, services and business processes.

o   Consult with customers on voice communication and related technologies.
Assist with provisioning and service request activities.
