Is there a good BIND management tool out there? I am looking for the
following features:
- Ability to manage masters or slave zones
- Centralized administration for all BIND instances
- No size limits for zones
- Ability to generate reports or monitor queries

When I try to get an IP address for some sub-site/domain, let's say
cdn2.example.com --- I'm getting errors, BUT when I query
Google's DNS servers I'm getting an IP address:
dig @8.8.8.8 cdn2.example.com
cdn2.example.com 3600 IN CNAME cdn2.example2.com
cdn2.example2.com 3600 IN CNAME cdn

Simple thing to do. I have a test lab here that I did this in a few
years

You should check if this isn't the result of some DNSBLs blocking your
resolver. The SORBS result look suspicious.

environment, it seems to get overloaded, the number of recursive clients
increases
