Recheck your config file that the ports in listen-on is right. You can try to
comment the listen-on sentence.

No named.conf or syslog-ng changes recently.
Using the default named logging and syslog-ng as always.

Hi John,
I think I might be checking that there aren't two named daemons running
accidentally, or no named daemons running?
But I'm not aware of any logging problems specific to BIND 9.9.2 that
might cause this.
