Yes, remove the A records for the name servers. They shouldn't be here - they
belong in the zone named optiplex-networks.com.
Also, the last line of your zone looks quite odd. You should never have an IP
address on the left side of a DNS record.

remember to put a dot on the end:
birimgrup.com. in NS ns1.optiplex-networks.com.
