It works now, i was able to make changes and push them to the bioconductor
repository.
I did:
git push upstream master
git push orign master
git push origin RELEASE_3_6
Now , when I check this webpage:
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/BaalChIP/
It still says it
We plan to announce and update the website later this week for all important
release deadlines. But... The deadline for submitting new packages to the
tracker will be April 5th. We will make every effort to review packages
submitted on and before this date to help get them accepted before the
