Hi,
I cannot push commits back to rnaseqcomp package in BioC git repository due
to the duplicated commits.I have cleaned the commits with cherry-pick
following
https://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/resolve-duplicate-commits/.
It seems that I have to contact Bioconductor core team to sync
It is registered to antti.honk...@tkk.fi.
I have changed you email address and now you can go through the activation
process again.
Once you activate it, you'd need to add your SSH keys to gain access to the
package.
Best regards,
Nitesh

I'm very sorry for the delay. We will be restarting the SPB scripts and do
some testing to see if there is some underlying issue. We will kick off a
manual build for your package when everything is restarted and hopefully you
shouldnt have any more issues.

Dear Bioconductor team,
I made a valid push of my package (TimiRGeN, #1337) on Tuesday and have not yet
received a build report, how should I proceed?
Best
