nebbiolo1 uses a special setup to detect undeclared deps i.e. it will
fail to find a package if you didn't list it in the Suggests field of
your package.
In this case you seem to be using BiocStyle for your vignette so you
need to add it to your Suggests field.

Depending on when you pushed Wednesday night you might have missed the cutoff
for the pull for the builders for Thursday report. We only pull, build, and
check once a day. Since the Thursday report shows version 1.2.3 as shown on
