Hi,

We're increasing security on the web site, 
www.bioconductor.org<http://www.bioconductor.org>, to prevent http flooding and 
other attacks. Over the past week I've been monitoring a rule that identifies 
IPs making > 400 requests per minute. It looks like this is catching just rogue 
IPs (good!) so I've just enabled the rule to block them.

Of course we don't want to block anyone making legitimate requests. Please let 
me know if you find yourself or any of your automated scripts being blocked and 
we can investigate and reconfigure if necessary.
