in cbaf/R you could have a file cbaf-constants.R (this name is consistent with the other filenaming in that folder) that includes assignments like the one I sketched. Your functions can then use the values defined in this R program. Your code would benefit from simplifications of this type ...

[Bioc-devel] resetting git.bioconductor password

Dear Bioc-devel, I want to reset both support.bioconductor and git.bioconductor password and I could easily do the first but I don’t receive any email from the second. Even after posting on support, I can’t see any email in inbox, spam or any other folder. Any suggestions? Thanks, — Giorgio
