in the CAGEr pakcage, our main class, CAGEexp is a wrapper on the
MultiAssayExperiment class. In a typical workflow, we first create a
MultiAssayExperiment object with no experiment in, and then add the
experiments one by one as the analysis proceeds.

Once Jacob is given access, he should change the Maintainer field on the
package DESCRIPTION for biscuiteer and biscuiteerData as well.

There are 2 aspects you need to understand here, 1) access 2) emails
