I've checked your Git credentials on your account with Bioconductor. Everything is fine on our end. You need to actually push to the remote repository once you have your "remotes" set up correctly. http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/ I'm attaching the link to the documentation again. If you need more help please attach the error messages you are seeing.
