Warning message:

the condition has length > 1 and only the first element will be used
I think this is not intended. It's never a good idea to pass a vector of values
to an if statement. The arrays are an older type. They use probe IDs like
6450255 not like ILMN_12345. I have another batch of newer arrays. No warning
happens for them.
