Dear all,
I wanted to update the EnsDb.* annotation packages I originally provided, but I
didn't find any guide how to do that in the "Developer resources" on the
Bioconductor website (although it could well be that I overlooked it).
How can I update my annotation packages?

Hi Jo,
If you make the updated packages available via drop box and I can post
them for you. Thanks for pointing out that we don't have web
documentation on how to update annotations - I'll add some.

Now i've removed the VignetteEngine tag, I see "* creating vignettes ...
OK" when doing R CMD build. And there is a pdf vignette in my ISoLDE/doc
subdirectory of ISoLDE.Rcheck. Great, thank you!
