[Bioc-devel] List of Deprecated Packages for Bioc3.7
The Bioconductor Team is continuing to identify packages that will be deprecated in the next release to allow for the Bioconductor community to respond accordingly. The list will be updated monthly. The current list of deprecated packages is as follows: Maintainer requested deprecation: Software Package: ontoCAT spliceR (functionalities moved to IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR) mvGST Experiment Data Package: RnaSeqTutorial cheung2010 MEALData (replaced with brgedata) Unresponsive/not-maintained packages: Software: GMRP MBttest OperaMate ToPASeq DASC RamiGO htSeqTools PAnnBuilder DMRScan XBSeq ToPASeq has transitioned to a new maintainer so this expect this to come out of deprecation before the release.
