I'm not really sure what went wrong; your package was accepted at 
version 0.99.19 but the script that processes the packages to svn pulled 
down (most of!) 0.99.20.


The most straight-forward step is to update svn to get it back in sync, 
following the directions in the acceptance email / at

Bump the version to 0.99.21.
