Re: [Bioc-devel] rankprod package update

2020-02-14 Thread Shepherd, Lori
Every package is built and checked nightly. Anything pushed before 445 PM EST
will be included in the next day's build report. Anything after that time will
be an extra day to appear. You can check the build report to see what day it
was generated
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.11/bioc-LATEST/

The new build report posts roughly around 1 PM EST. Until the new build report
is posted, and assuming that your package has built successfully, the package
landing page you referenced will not be updated. It can take up to 24 hours
for the landing pages to be updated with information.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] rankprod package update

Dear support team,
I am the maintainer of the RankProd package and yesterday I submitted a bug
fix on the development branch.
How long will it take for the fix to appear on the development page of the
package?
Many thanks,
Francesco Del Carratore

2020-02-14 Thread Marcel Ramos
Hi Francesco,

Please wait at least 24 hours before seeing an effect on the build report.
We should have a build report with your changes later today.
Check around 2 PM EST or https://everytimezone.com/s/3eab3407

Best regards,

Marcel

Re: [Bioc-devel] RankProd package update

2019-04-29 Thread Turaga, Nitesh
Hi,

You are not listed on the package as a maintainer, even though the DESCRIPTION
page shows it. Fangxin Hong http://jimmy.harvard.edu>> is listed as maintainer.

I will change the maintainer to you at the email your provided.

I will send your a new BiocCredentials app account details privately. You would
need to add your SSH keys to your account to gain access to the package.

Best,

Nitesh

associated with a maintainer of a Bioconductor package.
could you please help me with this?
Many thanks,

Re: [Bioc-devel] RankProd package update - dependency ‘Rmpfr’

2016-09-19 Thread Hervé Pagès

Hi Francesco,

I just installed libmpfr-dev on the Linux build machines.

Cheers,
H.

Dear All,
we just committed a new update of the RankProd package. The package has now
a new dependency (Rmpfr). According to the build report for the development
version of the package, everything works fine for Windows and MacOS, while
there is an error on Linux due to this new dependency that (I think) cannot
be installed.

I am quite confident that the package can be successfully installed on
linux after installing the linux package libmpfr-dev.
Could anyone help me find a way to solve this?
Many thanks,
Francesco
