This doesn't look like a Genbank parser problem -- the XML parser is required very early on in the initialization of the code BioJava code, to load some XML data files. This is the point where it seems to be failing. BioJava now using Sun's JAXP API to obtain XML parsers -- this should make it p

Hi there, I've been trying to write an applet that displays a sequence. However, it appears that because of an applets security restrictions AlphabetManager.xml can't be loaded, which essentially put the AlphabetManager class out of action. Any ideas of a way to get round this? Kevin
