org.biojava.bio.seq.db.WebSequenceDB was my attempt at porting the
bioperl NCBI client, but I consistently can't get any combination of
arguments to the CGI to return a sensible result. Please feel free to
hack that class about as you see fit.

I have no experience submitting sequences. That said, I see that the NCBI
website talks about software they provide for this.

Looks like they have a web tool, and there was information about a
standalone tool, Sequin, that accepts FASTA files.

Is there any package for vector trimming? I want to
