I have been using biojava for quite some time
now,But recently i installed red hat linux 7.1 and
added biojava.jar , xerces.jar, xml.jar,bytecode.jar
and the jakarta-regexp.jar but inspite of this when i
try to run the demos from the biojava-live directory i
am getting the
habetManager.class in the jar?

well nice to hear from you.Finally after some work
at updating the version i am able to work as earlier
with biojava.I felt you would be interested in knowing
what was wrong with the failure couple of days ago.As
far in red hat linux 7.1 as thomas guessed it right
