This evening while birding Stayner sewage lagoons I spotted and was able to photograph a very photogenic Boreal Owl. The bird was seen south of the sw cell on the walking trail leading south and away from the lagoons. I was able to view the bird for about 20 minutes and about 5:00 the bird
