8:35pm driving on the 404 N there was / Is a Great Horned Owl on a light Pole at the end of the 16th ave On ramp to the 404 N. I looped off at Major Mac and went 404 South and I stopped on the 16th Ave Off Ramp. There was a very large Owl on a light poll there as well. I managed some very poor
