We just found an adult male Harlequin Duck on Lake Erie, west of The Tip at Point Pelee. It's about a kilometre off shore, significantly further than the the loose raft of mostly scaup. When standing at The Tip, look NW, approximately in the direction of distant wind turbines. Point Pelee
