When I left 10 minutes ago the Tufted Duck was reasonably close to shore in a
large raft of diving ducks. You can reach Cliff Lumsden park by traveling south
on seventh street from Lake shore Blvd West.

photographed a Tufted Duck off Rotary Park, east of Colonel Sam, at 11am today.
